I've just downloaded the app and when I click over to my camera roll to import photos to my new "iPhone" collection, I get an error "cannot load image". Anybody else had this problem and know how to fix it? I was magically able to get one photo to finally take, but the other 835 photos give me that error when I try and select them. Thanks for your help!
Hi Ryan,
I have some questions in order to be able to understand the issue.
Does this occur to all your assets or only to some?
Does it only occur on one device (if you have several), which device are you on when experiencing this?
Have you managed to import any assets from your camera roll.
Are you taking the images from a specific album? If so, can you tell us something about the assets inside the album?
Does it help to look at this image in the Photos app and retrying the import?

Could you please remove the App from your iphone and then reinstall it and then see , if you are able to import the images from Camera Roll.

Open the Lightroom App and then import the images in the collection from Camera Roll.

Huh? I can't. That's the problem. "Cannot load image" is the error I get
when I try to do that.

New photos are being added, but I cannot import any in my camera roll

In the Lightroom App, please create a Collection and then you can import the images in the Collection.

See here. It is only adding my screenshots but will not allow the import of
anything in my camera roll that is prior to the app being installed.

I had to enter the forum to attach. The email response notifications should indicate attachments cannot be submitted by email.
