Question

"Edit in Photoshop" Still Broken

When editing in Lightroom Classic 12.5, a very important feature for me is "Edit in Photoshop" directly from the program. Since 12.5 for Lightroom Classic and v25.0 with Photoshop Beta, this feature no longer works. The only work around I've found on all 3 of my computers (2 Macs and a Windows desktop) is to install the pervious versions of Lightroom Classic (12.4) and Photoshop Beta (24.7). I've completly uninstalled Photoshop Beta and tried to just work wtih LRC 12.5 and regular Photoshop (24.7) and it is still not working. I've attempted to use various combinaitons of programs, but it seems like these 2 programs specifically impact this feature for some reason.

Please PLEASE fix this ASAP. I'm annoyed that I have to work with Photoshop Beta with the pop up window I can't remove.

I agree with Johan, however I have just one thought it's possible to have a "Beta" version of Photoshop installed alongside a released version so I would also check your Applications folder to ensure you do not have a "Beta" version installed,

Edit in PS works just fine on my system,

Lightroom Classic 12.5 and Photoshop 24.7 work just fine for most people, so this is not a general bug. Try this: uninstall Lightroom and Photoshop (keep the preferences), then reinstall Photoshop first and Lightroom next. This order is very important!
