Question

"No Library Found" in Lightroom Downloader

When I tried to open Lightroom Downloader, the message was "No Library Found." Adobe Lightroom support said my product is End of Life product and they are not trained to help. He said to post my issue here and the developer team will get back to me. We have a lot of photos saved on Lightroom Classic. Please help us to recover the photos.

@Abdul37172505ssif   Start your question again (preferably in a new post) by reporting exactly which version Number of "Lightroom" you are using.

Better still -post a screen-clip of the report you see from the Lightroom MENU: Help > System Info...

If your experience was reported also as-  "end of life" then you may have a very old version, but we (in this commnunity forum) do not have that information to provide a correct answer.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .

What is the exact version NUMBER of the software you are using?

What happens when you try to launch Lightroom Classic??? If there is an error message, please state the exact unedited word-for-word error message.

The Lightroom downloader is for images stored in the cloud with Lightroom, not Lightroom Classic. Why are you trying to use the downloader?
