At least you're able use Lightroom. It won't even install on my laptop. I've spent close to seven hours on the phone with Adobe technical support, let them take over my computer and they have not been able to solve the problem. I'm stuck only using Lightroom CC.

Upon review of your account, I found a closed support case from 2022. If the issue exists, I'll help you figure this out.
Please go to the Creative Cloud desktop app > 3 Lines on the top left > Help > About Creative Cloud.
