Hi All,
I have been living with a problem where I cannot get lightroom to accurately print colours where as when I use the Canon Print studio pro plugin I can. It mainly affects yellows where they appear a red/orange hue. I have tried various potential solutions found on the internet but to no avail. Things I have tried are.
reset/reinstalled printer driver on Mac
going into print settings(bottom left of print page) on lightroom and saving
reclaibrated screen with spyderx pro
As already stated prints come off fine from Printstudio pro plugin. The reason I would like to use Lightroom is I find it a better process and recently print studio pro has had doubts as to how long canon will support it.
Set up is as follows
mac Studio
Benq Sw 270 monitor
canon pro 10s printer using canon driver (not AirPrint)
mainly use Fotospeed papers with personal ICC profiles created by Fotospeed
would love to hear if anyone has had this problem and found a solution.
many thanks for any help.

Can you please share a print screen of the print settings (bottom right panel in Print) and ideally also of the color setting in the printer driver opened from LrC (left-hand side page setup).
Also, please share the system information found in the help menu.

Good afternoon and thankyou for your reply.
I have taken screen shots as requested, was not sure which colour setting you were interested in so have added shots of both, the colour sync one is greyed out as it should be for ICC paper profile managed print and the other colour setting is all neutral/standard. Have also enclosed a copy of the photos difference i am seeing the one showing the screen i pretty much get using Print studio pro, undertsand the pictures are not taken under lab conditions etc however they do show the difference quite accurately.
Thank Again

I'm not familiar with color settings on MacOS. You selected LrC to manage colors by selecting a profile in LrC. That said, you should completely deactivate color management in the driver, and I still see ColorSync activated ... I'm not sure if this is ok.
On Windows, the drivers usually have an option to deactivate color management completely.
Maybe someone who uses a Mac can jump in here.

Hi and thanks for your reply,
Although the colour sync has the mark to show it's selected it is greyed out which is correct, if I go into the the printer settings within lightroom it cannot be changed when using a paper profile, so that's all good and correct from what I have learnt online.
