Red spots on screen lightroom

Hi, i tried some things with Lightroom. Suddenly i have red spots in my photo's. This are not the usual red (and blue) spots you see when something has to much light. These red spots are less bright, see picture. So i can not delete it with 'J'. Does anybody know what this is?

It is something that is actually In the Image. It is not an artifact from editing or any problem with LR.

Without seeing the complete image I can't tell you, give a suggestion as to, what it is.
