Reinstalling LR Classic getting error code 146 in the Creative Cloud Desktop Application

I had to force quite LR Classic.  Now it won't launch.  I uninstalled and am trying to reinstall but it won't.  It's giving me error code 146.

    Thank you!  Tried all the above.  Could not get it to finish the download.  Used the ling provided to download the app directly and it worked!!!

    I did what you suggested and downloaded from your reference below. Crash report popped up which I sent to you. I think it has something to do with my catalog since I always have to point it to my SSD drive (attached) and then it crashes.

    Oh no! That shouldn't be happening! Have you tried creating a new catalog to see if it crashes?

    Tried this.  Got to about 92% but then errored again.

    Restart your computer. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app and then try installing LR from that.

    Do you have to uninstall the version i have now
