Remove tool not working after latest update

Been a LR user for many years. Just updated to v 14. When I use the remove tool after making the selection nothing happens. Tried all combinations.  Remove woks fine in Potoshop.  What am I doing wrong.

You likely have your Opacity set to a low value. Make sure it is at 100%
