Removing reflections in Lightroom Classic/Camera Raw

I am trying to remove reflection in Lightroom Classic 14.4 but the resulting image is just garbage resembling a horizontal planked door (best description I can come up with). See attached files.

I am using a desktop with AMD Ryzen 5600g with 32gb memory running on Windows 10 (latest version).

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.

    The driver appears to be recent. However, the VRAM reported in below line from your System Info is well short of the minium 2GB specified for AI features in LrC, LrD and ACR. System Info is indicating that you're using 100% of the available memory.

     

    Dedicated GPU memory used by Lightroom: 499.9MB / 495.7MB (100%)

     

    Above along with below line from System Info suggests that your graphics card only supports the display by default. However, you've manually configured the LrC performance preference to also handle image processing and export. In other words words, your graphics card/processor isn't powerful enough to handle the AI features, which includes Relection Removal without forcing it via the performance preference.

     

    Init State: GPU for Display supported by default with image processing and export supported in the custom mode

    Looking at the first screenshot, I suspect the issue is related to the GPU drivers. 

     

    Please, post a copy of your System Info. You can obtain same from the LrC Help > System Info menu item. You can use the Copy button located at top right corner of the dialog to capture the info, then paste into a reply.
