Rename issue during Tethering

I rename files during tethering. However, the hour element is not correctly applied:

It works correctly if I rename afterwards (in grid mode),

but the same preset shows a bug when executed during tethering.

The problematic element in the rename definition (in my German ui setting) is displayed as 

 {Stunde>>}

Already the preview in the dialog goes wrong by 2 hours.

Maybe the time zone is disregarded? But only in this tethering rename operation!

Time on camera, and system time are both correct, gmt+2.

Eg.: the current return value for the hours is 18, even though it is 20 o`clock (8pm).

As I am instantanously syncing the files with a cloudservice, it wouldnt mean a good workaround renaming by hand, later. It should somehow be possible.  

Any solution for tethered renaming using hours?
