Hello all!
I've this problem: shooted with 2 cards in mirroring, same raw file on both folders.
I imported all files from the card 1, renaming with date and hours during Lightroom import.
After that, I discovered Card 2 has 5 more files, probably some writing error from the camera.
I tried to reimport from Card 2 but Lightroom didn't recognize any previously imported files, I suppose because of renames. There is no turnaround for that? Why a so easy function (recognize file by metadata) was not implemented? Same problem if an import batch crash and you need to recover it. In that way you need to restart from zero.
