Reports and Exporting data from Lightroom

Hi All,

I'm wondering if there is a way to export data or get reporting from Lightroom. I am particularly interested in exporting to a spreadsheet or csv document information that contains partial meta-data, file name, revised file name, versions, title, caption, file size, etc.

Building/or purchasing a database to assist with running my business.

Since Lightroom is such an important part of my workflow, was wondering if there was a way to export this information so that I can import it into a database or Excel.

Also appreciate some tips on good off the shelf applications I should consider.

Some of the applications/databases/CRMs I have seen are geared to studio, wedding and event photographers.

My niche is landscape, nature and travel so my customers are interior designers, art consultants, architects, galleries, etc.
