Hello! Please..Is there any chance to get back my deleted lightroom presets? (from RAW/TIFF photo)
I restored my PC and all my files are gone:( I loved these presets. I used them really often and I need them for my work. I thought that all presets are saved on creative cloud or something like that:/
Thank you for any tips or ideas!

Restored from where? Why did you need to do a restore?
Presets are stored somewhere on your computer and not in the cloud. If you have the presets backed up or stored somewhere, then you can use them again. You need to use your operating system to search all disk(s) and all folders(s) for these presets.

I restored my Windows because of moving on another PC. I forgot to backup my presets. I didn't realize in the moment that it's not backup automatically on creative cloud. I need to get know if it's possible to get presets back from some photos that I edited and then saved in RAW or TIFF. Thank you for answer:)

They are still on your other PC. Retrieve them from there.

"if it's possible to get presets back from some photos that I edited and then saved in RAW or TIFF."
You can edit the photos in Develop and look in the History panel for a step that applies the preset:
Click on that step and then read out the current Develop settings in the right column and decide which of the current settings should be included in the preset. Then make a new presets and check the appropriate settings categories. Don't forget to click on the most recent step when you're done.
You can use the Any Filter plugin to see which photos have had which presets applied to them:
