Restoring the Original LR Catalog from adobe cloud

So I have a main LR catalog stroed on SSD and the catalog is also synced on Adobe cloud. All the edits were performed on my ipad using mobile LR and synced as well.

 

The SSD containing the main LR catalog is failed and not recoverable. Is there a way to rebuild the LR catalog?

Catalogs, if you are talking about Lightroom Classic, are not stored in the cloud. You need to have a local backup somewhere, you can use that.

Which "Lightroom" App are you using? Version Number?
