Rotation of image causes watermark to be printed inverted in original corner?

I took a photo in the develop module, and rotated it CCW to get the orientation that I desired.  The problem was during printing, when I applied a watermark, it was flipped and applied to the original lower corner.  I tried to reset by closing the program, and reopening, and printing again, with no change.  I still received the undesired, flipped watermark ( or backward) in the wrong corner?  Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so did you find a solution?

Correct answer Just Shoot Me

After you flip it export it as a new image with no watermark applied. Then apply your watermark to a second export of that exported  image.

Does the watermark now show correctly when printed?

The rotating of the image in LR doesn't change the original rotation. It only gets changed for displaying of the image. If you export it the rotation you made is burned in to that exported new image. Then applying a watermark on another export will place the watermark in the correct position and rotation, Not Flipped.

Thanks, this works, but needs to be fixed, the print module for the original file displays the watermark in the correct position, but doesn't print correctly.  The extra export file, then add the watermark to print does correct the issue.  Just takes a few extra steps.

Thanks again.

I find the same thing if I use watermarks, but if I use 'identity plates' in the Print Module it comes out like I expect it to.    Clearly a bug in the Print Module.  I can't believe it hasn't been fixed in 6 years.
