Scaling issue with second display

I have a scaling issue when having the second display open on my external monitor. The UI elements are displayed way to big (at least double the size). The screenshot may look alright, but it actually shows the entire 27" monitor.

Monitor 1 (Notebook): 17", 3840 x 2400, scaling set to 100%

Monitor 2 (external): 27", 2560 x 1440, scaling set to 100%
