Hello!
Ive got the M1 Macbook Pro 13". Im not sure whats going on, if there's a bug in Lightroom Classic, or if its a problem with MacOS. Something is really off.
When using the built in pad to scroll on the right side of the screen (colour settings, sharpening etc), its a stuttery mess. Not smooth at all. The trackpad is set to standard settings so nothing werid there.
I've seen "scrolling hickups" in browsers with this M1 Mac, but not on Intel ones. Not sure if this is the same problem, but its much more worse in Lightroom Classic. Its like something going on when you scroll between the different parts of that GUI.
I've setup LR Classic so the GPU is used for all tasks, but also tried the auto-setting.
Heres a link to Imgur which shows the problem:

Can someone else please confirm this as well?

I can't be the only one with this problem, right?

Watched the video but nothing I see there looks abnormal. Looks prefectly usable to me and identical to what I see on windows and on my M1 Max Mac. Sure could be a tiny bit smoother but perfectly usable. What is happening is that when it scrolls over sliders that can be moved using the trackpad, it transiently selects those and that causes the visible stutter. You can see that happen in your video with the fields becoming selected while you are scrolling. This is supposed to happen. If you scroll while you are on top of the scroll slider on the right, this will not happen.

I can see no issues when using my 16 inch MacBook Pro M1 Pro or Mac Studio Ultra with 27 in 1440P display. I also checked panel on my rarely used Intel based MacBook Pro and it's no different to either of the M1 systems.
