Searching for files that haven't had data written to them

Is there a way to search the files in your LR catalog that haven't had the LR metadata written to them? I was keywording and before I could backup my changes to my second HD backup, my first HD crashed.

This smart collection criteria will capture any file that has keywords, but the metadata changes have not been saved to XMP. Note, however, that it will also capture images that have keywords which were previously saved to XMP but whose metadata status has reverted to "Has been changed" as a result of a subsequent non-keyword related metadata change (or has a current "Metadata Conflict" status), which not matter to you.

I believe that by default there is a 'No keywords' smart collection. If not, just create it.

Thanks, that is useful for other things, such as finding files in my catalog that didn't have keywords, but I'm looking for files that I have added keywords, but haven't been written/saved back to the file.
