Select version of Photoshop to edit in

One of the new features of 12.3 is the ability to select which version of Photoshop you want to edit in under preferences.  Thing is, I have both the latest version of Photoshop and Photoshop Beta installed, but the dialog box in preferences only shows the one version of Photoshop.  Did I misunderstand the new feature, or is something wrong with my setup?

I've already tried uninstalled both versions of Photoshop, and then Lightroom, then reinstalling in the same order (PS then LR) to no effect.
