short cut to "go to folder"
is there a shortcut to "go to folder" in LRcc?

LR Classic doesn't define a keyboard shortcut for the command Photo > Go To Photo In Library. However, you can easily define a shortcut for that menu command on Mac using System Preferences. On Windows, it takes just a little bit more effort to add a shortcut to TranslatedStrings.txt. See here for details on both methods:
