Shortcut "STRG+." and "STRG+," doesn't work anymore.

Hi everybody,

i just want to ask, if someone know a solution to fix the problem with the shortcut "STRG+."?

I tried a view other shortcuts, but all are fine, only the one to turn the picture still won't turn the picture.

When i press "STRG+.", it just opens my presets.

Is there any option to manage the shortcuts?

And i already tried to press "Shift + Alt" to reset my presets.
