Sigma 150-600mm L-mount not discovered by LR

Problem with the following lens: Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG DN OS Sport (EAN: 0085126747695) on Lumix s5 II. Both lens and firmware are the newest, LR is the newest.

LR thinks that lens make is Panasonic 150-160. There's probably a bug in EXIF from this camera or in lens?  The EXIF data for this lens is (output from exiftool):

Lens Type : 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG DN OS | Sports 021
Lens Model : 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG DN OS | Sports 021
Lens ID : 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG DN OS | Sports 021
Lens Firmware Version : 0.1.3.0
Lens Type Model : 2f 60

As we can see in "150-600mm F5-6.3 DG DN OS | Sports 021" there is no make, and the lens make is also empty (it is usually empty also for other cameras).

I think LR needs to adjust the matching patterns. It is very annoying that I have to change make from Panasonic to Sigma and find the correct lens on the list (and I'm not even sure if it is exactly the one over there - I have to choose very similar one 150-600).

I can add JPG example if required.

With most lenses, mirrorless cameras embed the lens profile in the raw file. For newer cameras, that profile will appear in the Lens Corrections panel as Profile: Camera Settings.

For example, I downloaded from dpreview.com a sample raw taken on the Lumix S5 (not the S5 II) with the Sigma 150-600mm F5.6.3 DG DN OS "Sports" lens. It shows up in the Lens Corrections panel as:

Profile: Camera Settings indicates the profile was embedded by the camera. It shows Make: Panasonic rather than Sigma.

If you set Setup: Default, do you see something similar on a problem raw?  If not, please post a full-resolution screenshot (not a phone pic) of the Lens Corrections panel and share the raw (not a JPEG), and we can see where the problem might be and file a bug report Adobe will pay attention to, if necessary. If the forum won't let you attach the file here, upload it to Wetransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or similar free service and post the sharing link here.
