Sliders in Lightroom

I would like the operation of the tools that go with sliders to flow in all numbers equally.

When I am moving forward, for example in Contrast, it jumps from number 57 to 61 and it is very difficult to adjust if I want to stop at number 60.

It is very tiring when you are developing photos in Lightroom because all the tools do the same thing.

It is as if they have favorite numbers, which almost never match mine.

In Lightroom Classic you can drag the sliders with the Shift key pressed for better accuracy.

That might be possible in Lightroom too.

Are you using Lightroom (cloud based) or Lightroom Classic?

I don't think you will see the difference between Contrast = 61 and Contrast = 60, but if you really want Contrast = 60 and not 61, then simply click on that number. Then you can type 60.

Per, good tip. The Shift key works for me, although the slider goes slower, it is precise, it goes number by number. Thanks a lot! By the way, I'm in Creative Cloud.

There are several ways to move the sliders –

Use the keyboard - with the mouse cursor over a slider, use the Up and Down arrow keys.
Pressing Shift while doing this will increase the increments the slider moves by.
Pressing Alt (Option on a Mac) will make the increments smaller.
You can also click in the number field next to the slider.
Then use the arrow keys to change the value in the smallest possible increments.
Adding the Shift key will increase the increments.

By the way, I'm in Creative Cloud.

Both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic are part of Creative Cloud.

So are you using the cloud based Lightroom, or Lightroom Classic? Go to Help > About to verify.

If it's Classic, this thread will be moved to the Lightroom Classic forum.
