Slideshow Fails in LRC 14

Just installed the opdate for LRC 14: Since then the slideshow does not work anymore. An Error Message Apears "Dynamic Link-Medienserver konnte nicht gestartet werden" (Dynamic linc media server could not be launched). Tried a full re-install fron scratch - even with empty catalogue. Problem persists.

We can most likely get to an authoritative resolution right now without wasting any more time with Adobe support. Do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here. That will confirm whether your computer supports AVX2 instructions.

Thanks for the additional information. I was starting to wonder if the lastest version snuck in an incompatibility. Unfortunately I am now stuck--I can't go forward and I don't want to go backward due to a lot of edits done on Ver 14+.

It's unfortunate that sloppy version control is affecting Adobe customers like this. I will run this past the Tier 2 guys to see if there a possible resolution.
