Smugmug/Lightroom not in sync

Hey Gang - have been doing a bit of searching and coming up empty handed.

I used to use a third party tool to publish to Smug but it looks like the updates broke that (insert two thumbs up here), so I am stuck using the plugin to publish to Smug.

I say all that to say that I have a complete Smug web-page setup already, now when I have installed (and updated) the plug-in the collections are not in sync.

For instance my collection on Smug might have 50 pictures, but in LR it only has 4 (and they are of the wrong collection).

Anybody run into this before? I am waiting on chat support now, but am giving up after holding for 30 minutes.

Hello,

 

any ideas as to why The SmugMug plugin doesn't sync tags that are created through named persons? (names of people)
