Question

Some of Color Labeles Are Gone (LRC)

Hi,

I'm experiencing the same issue described in this thread:

Some of the color labels of the photos in some of my Lightroom folders are gone.

I tried to open a new catalog and import the old one, but it didn't work.

The Lightroom classic release is 12.3 (even though on the creative cloud it says the version is 12.4... strange).

 

This is very important for me, can you please help me solve the issue??

    I tried to:

    1.  Uninstall, and then reinstall

    2.  Resetting/deleting the preferences 

     

    Both didn't help

     

    This is very important for me, can you please help me solve the issue??

    You created a thread for this issue using near enough the same text issue back on 13 June. Why have you created another?

    First of all, the thread you linked to is for Premiere Pro, which has nothing to do with  LrC.

    If you go to Help > About Lightroom Classic (might be in the Ligthroom menu on a Mac), what version number does it say?

    And where does it say that you have version 12.4? Is it in the Creative Cloud desktop app?

    1. I'm not familiar with Premiere Pro, but the whole discussion is about Lightroom, as well as it's solution.

    2. As said the Lightroom classic release is 12.3, and in the Creative Cloud desktop app it says 12.4
