Hallo

Was mache ich falsch? Vielen Dank für Hinweise und Hilfe.

The explanation is simple. Lightroom Classic does not sync originals to the cloud, but smart previews. And Adobe is so nice not to count those smart previews in your cloud space.

To remove those originals from the cloud (but keep smart previews), do the following:

1: Remove those photos from 'All Synced Photographs' in Lightroom Classic.

2: Wait till the photos are deleted from the cloud (that is what happens if you remove them from the synced photographs).

3: Sync them from Lightroom Classic to the cloud again. Now they will be synced as smart previews.

"how can i move the originals from the cloud"

A small addition to the great answer from @JohanElzenga -  Simply enabling [Sync] in your Lr-Classic catalog will automatically download (copy) all the originals from the cloud- BEFORE you then [Remove from 'All Synced Photographs'].

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 14.0, Photoshop 26.0, ACR 17.0, Lightroom 8.0, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 15.0.0, Windows-11.

@Rob_Cullen True, of course. The original message made it clear to me that the OP already syncs his catalog. Otherwise he would not have asked about the online space that does not change when syncing smart previews.

Dear Responders, thanks for your help, it was really simple the solution. After moving the files and stopping the synchronisation the free part of my cloud was as before.
