Subtraction in masking doesn’t work properly (since LrC v 14.2)

Since the update on LrC v14.2 the subtraction in masking does don’t work properly.

Issue: It does subtract the mask except with the brush (Subtraction works i.e. with another radial filter). I can add with the brush but - as mentioned - not subtract. 

Do you experience the same? Any idea how to fix? Thanks for support.
