(Support/Help) Missing .dll's are not msissing

Question

Hi, my problem applies to both LrC and Lr

Upon launching Lightroom it gives the error of "The ordinal (ordinal number) could not be located in the dynamic link library filepath/example.dll"

It does this for multiple ordinals and multiple .dll's. When I check the program files, all mentioned .dll's are there.

I have tried uninstalling Lightroom, manually deleting files, but nothing works. All my other Adobe apps work (Pr Id Ps).

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but I hope someone can help me

If not, we need more information on your OS and version as well as the exact versions (numers, not 'latest' or alike) of LrC and LR.
