Surface Dial

Hi

I just bought a surface dial for my Surface Pro and it sort of works. I was going to use it for editing in Lightroom Classic CC, I know there instant direct support but you can make custom setups in the settings menu for the dial. Have made some but Lightroom does not respond to the commands. I can feel the feedback in the Dial but nothing happens in Lightroom. Tested out the same shortcut in Chrome and does type + and - as programmed in the settings menu but Lightroom will not respond. does anyone have any good suggestions to solve this problem? Have reinstalled Lightroom and resynced the dial multiple time and it still doesn't work.

the stock functions for Scroll and Zoom works not tested the undo function yet.

    The Surface Dial is not yet fully integrated with Lightroom Classic CC. Our Engineers are working on it and we have a feature request on our feedback community for the same.     I understand that you are working on a full integration of the Surface dial, and I can't wait for you to get it done. but it still does not explain why it doesn't understand stock keyboard commands that I have programmed in the settings menu of Windows like this picture

    if I do this on the keyboard it works but using the Surface Dial nothing happens
