I just installed Lightroom Classic to my PC. How do I access it from another computer?

You cannot!

You can install and use Lightroom-Classic on two computers but a Catalog must exist on each system.

There are ways to overcome the limitation, and one example would be to have a Catalog and photos on an external drive that you can transfer between the two computers.
