Sync an existing collection in LR classic

Question

I created a collection in LR classic for photos that I sync with my Adobe Portfolio. I don't understand why the lightening bolt disappears when the syncing isn't paused or stopped in any way.  I right click on the collection but I don't see the "sync with Lightroom" option.  How can I turn the syncing back on?

Portfolio integrates with Albums in Lightroom (Cloud-based), Lightroom Mobile, Lightroom Web. Portfolio doesn't have direct integration with Lightroom Classic, sorry.
