Sync error

As the attached screenshot shows, there are errors in downloading. When I right click the path, it pop up "Remove from cloud". Should I do it? There are 679 errors. Any shortcut action for removing them?

 

Please help.

Hey, @magical_moonlight4361. Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I'll help you figure this out. As per the screenshot, we know the files that are stuck in downloading. 

 

Were these images originally synced from Lightroom Desktop, mobile, or Lightroom Classic? 

Please remove these images from the collection/album they belong to and wait for Lightroom to process this change. After this, apply a few edits or flags to these images & add them to a new Sync collection. 

 

If nothing changes after some time, check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u) and look for the Deleted Section and the Sync issues tab (if they exist). Emptying both of these has helped in the past. Before emptying these tabs, ensure you have backups for the images.

 

After this change, let Lightroom sync and check if it returns to normal.
