Sync from Lightroom Classic to Portfolio

Good morning,

I created some collections in Lightroom Classic to automatically sync the Portfolio.

Introduction: on Adobe Portfolio I deleted the old site and created a new one from scratch.

When I try to import the message "Your Album has already been imported" appears, even though they don't exist on the storage space and there are no other sites on Portfolio.

What can I try to do? The solutions found online did not lead to results.
