Sync issues with new update

Explorer ,

Since updating to the new version of Lightroom, 13.3, i was forced to update my catalog. Which btw is large.

So after spending 2 nights a few weeks ago having to resync my entire catalog with Adobe due to an unspecified error in syncing, tonight I come on to find 8,028 images stuck in error sync mode.

When i reached out to Adobe support i was 'hung up on' after having more than 40 minutes wasted each time by the support agents when they realized they probably couldn't figure this out.

The website version of LR says the system has to open the images on Lillith, my OLD laptop. But opening lightroom on my laptop i have now shows no issues with syncing etc?

I am so confused and frankly, annoyed about how Adobe support handled me.

Same issue here. I have 18 images (1 uploading, 17 downloading) that seem stuck. If I make an edit on another image, it syncs across devices just fine, but those 18 still seem stuck.

In the past, if there was an issue like this, I could go to the specific image by going to Preferences > Lightroom Sync, and clicking on the images listed, and unsyncing/re-syncing. But as of 13.3 they got rid of the ability to see the images currently syncing.

Well, after banging my head against a wall trying everything, I did what Adobe said not to do, and rebuilt the sync database - And it seems everything is fixed now?

I cannot guarantee or recommend this for anyone else, it was my last ditch effort before starting my entire sync over in a fresh catalog. YMMV.

I have the same issue on macOS.

No errors in sync issues online but both Lightroom Classic and CC are showing items syncing continuously.

Same issue still here, 140 images stuck on sync. No issues on mobile apps, but odd errors about sync state updates when i open on different devices.

Poor QC here from Adobe on sync. They screenshared and made me send a huge dump of files and logs to them last night. Lets see what happens. Adobe have cost me money here as a working photographer and I dont appreciate it.
