Sync Issues

Recently updated Nikon D750.  Now, maybe unrelated, LrC is no longer syncing settings correctly.  LrC is up to date..... any suggestions?

"syncing settings"- Which exactly?  Develop edits synced to other photos? Syncing to the Cloud?
