LrC is not syncing at all. I think I can trace it to installation of 14.2, possibly before, as I haven't taken a lot of pictures lately. Import works fine for two cameras but there is absolutely no syncing with LR Mobile or lightroom.adobe.com. Photos from iPhone show up and sync fine, but not imports. I have tried all the standard advice:
- Pause sync > Resume sync. No change.
- Pause sync > quit LR > reopen LR > resume sync. No change.
- Quit LR, reopen without pausing sync. No change. (That would get syncing unstuck in the past.)
- Rebuild sync data (at least 5 times). No change.
- Generate diagnostic report (can't understand it)
- Restart iMac as well as shut down all the way then restart, numerous times. No change.
- Clear cache on iPhone. No change.
- Do a minor edit on a few photos. No change.
- Opt-Shift on opening LR to reset preferences. No change.
- Probably a couple other things and nothing works.
- Cloud icon has the check mark in the green circle indicating "Synced" but it is definitely not synced.
What am I missing? Is there something about my computer that is clashing with Sequoia 15.3.2 or is not compatible with LrC 14.2? Is there a bug in 14.2?
If you have a suggestion, I'd appreciate if you'd keep it as simple as possible, thanks.

Hey, @Tana Reiff. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. You've done a great job summarizing what works and what doesn't; it helps. I'll help you figure this out.
We can use the diagnostic report to learn more about this. In Lightroom Classic, go to Preferences > Lightroom Sync Tab > Press and hold the ALT/OPT Key to generate a Diagnostic report. Upload the report to any cloud file-sharing service, share the link here, or send it to me directly from my profile.
Check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u) and look for the Deleted Section and the Sync issues tab (if they exist). Emptying both of these has helped in the past. Before emptying these tabs, please ensure you have backups for the images.
After this change, let Lightroom sync and check if it returns to normal.

An interesting development, if it's any help ... Today as an experiment I created a collection called 'To Sync', checked 'Sync with Lightroom', and put all the images that would not sync into that collection. They all synced fine! But they would not sync from All Photographs. I think this problem started when I began uploading from a new camera. As I said previously, uploads are fine but since the new camera, neither camera I uploaded from was syncing, only iPhone.
