Sync To portfolio Failed

Haven't used Portfoilio for a while. Tried to load a new album to create a portfoliio but lightroon says that there is an error connecting the album . 

 

Portfoilio /integrations say that "You don't have any Lightroom albums associated with your Adobe ID. Please visit lightroom.adobe.com to get started." I did in the past beacause I  created these https://philipwilliams.myportfolio.com/ 

 

During some  update to Lightroom classic all he sync links seems to have dissapeared. 

 

What has gone wrong?

    Thank you for your report. There is currently an outage wrt Portfolio for Lightroom. Please stand by!

    This should be fixed now. Let us know if you still see the issue today.

    I have the exact same problem.  Just upgraded to 13.5 yesterday. 

    Also, I used to publish collections to portfolio gallery from the mobile version. -> Share to portfolio, but that stopped working.

    i have been having the exact same issue it's so unbelievably upsetting to not be able to create a portfolio while i'm trying to start my photography career i can't get any clear answers on this please help
