Synchro iPad vers LrC qui ne se fait plus!

Bonjour,

Utilisateur et abonné au Creative Cloud PS et LrC (formule photographie) avec un Macbook Pro 15 “  OS: Catalina 10.15.7 , j’ai aussi un iPad pro 12,9 “ iOS 15.3 qui me sert à modifier les images synchronisées avec LrC 11.1  

La synchro fonctionne très bien de LrC vers l’iPad, mais les modifications faites sur l’iPad ne sont pas reportées dans LrC sur le MBPro !

Tout fonctionnait bien jusqu’ici mais depuis environ une semaine (sans avoir rien modifié) la synchronisation des corrections sur les images ne se fait plus dans le sens iPad vers LrC

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble with syncing issues from iPad to Lightroom Classic. Could you please login to lightroom.adobe.com using your Adobe ID credentials to see if the images being uploaded from the iPad are now in the cloud or not?

Also, The first thing to do in Lightroom Classic is to check that syncing is enabled, not paused. To check, click on the cloud icon at the top right-hand corner of the Library module. You may also disable/enable the sync to check if that helps.

Please do check the Lightroom Classic Preferences > Lightroom Sync tab to see the current status of syncing assets. If there is no movement, could you post a screenshot of that Lightroom Sync tab?

Les images modifiées de l'iPad Pro sont modifiées dans LR sur le MacBook Pro MAIS ne sont pas modifiées dans LrC bureau.

J'ai bien vérifié les remarques que vous m'avez faites, tout est normal mais je n'ai toujours pas de synchro iPad pro vers LrC bureau!

Faudrait-il supprimer LrC et le réinstaller?
