With the Creative Cloud App on both desktop and mobile, I'm able to log in and see my synced files. Are you able to do the same?
It could be an issue of your first computer not syncing up, or your second computer not syncing down and this will help narrow it down.

Adobe does not say that you can sync two computers running Lightroom Classic. Quite the opposite, in fact. You can only sync one single Lightroom Classic catalog at a time, so you cannot sync two versions of Lightroom Classic. What you can do is store your catalog on an external drive, and connect that drive to the computer you are working on.

You can only sync one Lightroom Classic computer with your Creative Cloud account so you will have to install Lightroom (cloud-based) app on the second computer.
To clarify, you can Sync Lightroom Classic with one Lightroom (cloud-based) application and multiple Lightroom Mobile on tablets / smartphones.
