Syncing in LRC gets stuck. I've tried different things for a week now, but can't figure it out. I've deleted the pictures which seemed to be the problem. But LRC freezes and shows inconsistent information, like synchronizinfg 11 photos under the cloud symbol and when I look at the details there are 0 transferred, 0 downloaded and 4 waiting. And I see there are new pictures that dont' get synchronized.
I have used syncing from Lightroom CC to Lightroom on mobile devices for several years. It happens almost all the time that the synchronize doesn't start by itself, but it does when I restart LRC. I have tried to restart the computer and LRC several times.
I keep the originals on LRC, have all photos in synced collections (33.000 photos). This is how the details panel look like, when at the same time the cloud icon shows 'Synchronizing 11 photos'. The blue ring is still and nothing more happens.

Now there are 15 photos synchronizing according to the information under the cloud icon in LRCC. The blue sync ring doesn't move and when I look at the details there are still 0 transferring, 0 downloading and 4 pending.
When I click on one of the pending photos I get transferred to Lightroom web, but not to a specific photo, just shows the All Photos Gallery. So I can't figure out if it's one of the 15 that LRCC says is syncing, but now showing up in the details panel or if it' one oif the 4 pending. I created a sync log, but I don't see how I can enclose it and who could have any use of it.
The synching architecture in LRCC seems to be everything but robust. It is just a couple of weeks ago I rebuilt the synching information. That solved the problem then, but only for a while apparently. Combined with the (minor) problem that I almost every time have to restart LRCC to make the sync process start and some other problems now and then, I don't know how to make it work in a more stable way. Would be happy to hear from any Adobe proffessional if there are any solution to this or if there are any redesign going on? Or maybe the future is Lightroom with only Cloud storage the future?
Meanwhile I can't find any other solution than trying to rebuild the sync data again. It took about a day, hope it works! 🤔

Yes, it helped!
The rebuild took 12 hours, and then LRCC started to sync again, and the 4 pending photos are now gone.
But... to make it sync the next changed photos I had to restart LRCC 4 times. The first three times there are no sync icons to the left of each collection and no syncing is done. Suddenly the fourth time, the icons are back and 7 pictures are synced without problems.
The problem is that you'll never know if and when the sync works, and why it suddenly starts again after a couple of restarts. I realize that the Lightroom ecco system is very complex, but the synchronization feature is very essential for me to be able to rely on.
I would appreciate to get a tip on how to reach out to Adobe professionals and get their view on the sync problem. This isn't a feasible way to work, lots of hours spent on testing and trying to make it work.
I suppose I can't be the only one who struggles with this.
It feels like writing out to the universe...

Sometimes saving metadata, or making a change to stuck files, like adding one click in Quick Develop Exposure and then one click back to remove can trigger it.

Thanks Sean, it doesn´t help me so much though. These are things that you might do sometimes. I hope Adobe comes with a more stable solution for syncing. Meanwhile I follow this thread

Thanks Sean!
