Tethering (again) - LrC and Canon 5d Mk IV

Issue when trying to tether 5d IV to Lightroom Classic - Camera Not Detected but camera shows in computer file explorer.

LrC Version: 10.2

Camera RAW Version: 13.2

Canon 5d IV Firmware version: 1.3.1

Windows 10 Professional 64 bit

Ryzen 7 5800X Processor

32GB DDR4 3600MHz RAM

Samsung 980PRO NvMe 1TB

Canon Utility Software is NOT installed.

Windows is fully updated as of date of posting (28/04/2021) as is Lr and Canon Firmware.

Things attempted so far:

No cards installed in camera

Only one card installed in camera

Both cards installed in camera 

Various combinations of which card to read from.

RAW and JPG tried

Lr Preferences reset

Uninstall/Reinstall Lr

WiFi turned off and on

FTP turned off and on

2 different tether cables used

Any other ideas?
