Tethering Lightroom Classic

Hello

Everytime I click on "Start Tethered capture" the program colapse. I have a Macbook pro and I have reinstalled the OS just in case and it keeps on happening. Can you tell me how to solve it?

Please also provide the version number of Lightroom Classic and your Computer operating system you currently have installed on your computer.
