Topaz Plugins not Available in LR Classic 12.3

The most recent update to LR classic (12.3) does not contain all of my Topaz Plugins.  I actually unistalled all of them and then downloaded and reinstalled them.  The only apps that I can use the "Edit In" option from LR are Photoshop, Topaz Sharpen AI and Topaz Denoise AI.  I also have Topaz Photo AI, Topaz Adjust AI, Topaz Mask AI and Topaz Gigapixel AI.  How to I get the plugins for these to work with LR like they used to?

Per Topaz, a Legacy App is one they have stopped providing support for, have stopped marketing, etc.

Moving on.

I went ahead and downloaded that Topaz Mask AI, installed it, looked at it, attempted to use it. No LrC plugins were installed. No External Editors were set up. A plugin in PS did show up. Looking at the application help, this is a trial version.

In the folder that the program goes in, a subfolder for PS Plugins exists, no such folder for LrC or Lr.

At Topaz, I cannot find any useful support. At Topaz, looking for plugins, nothing

I added Topaz Mask AI in LrC /Preferences/External Editing/ and while the app will come up, it never finishes the mask.

Then after it made me mad, I removed it (all in the last say 30 minutes) Found it did not work on my rig.
