Transferring a catalog from a Mac to a PC

I travel with a Mac Retina and use a PC desktop. I have a week's worth of photos on the Mac, which I've done preliminary organizing/stacking on. I can create a stand alone catalog for export. But I am not able to upload to Lightroom CC. When I do "import from another catalog" I can see the temp catalog but I cannot get it to even show in the files window, let alone specify how I want it to upload. Any suggestions?

ok - I think I got it. I clicked on the wrong file - the catalog is beginning to upload now. Thank you.

Please explain in more detail about the problem you are having. Show us screen captures. State the exact version NUMBER of your Lightroom, go to Help->System Info and report the exact version NUMBER shown there — I want the NUMBER and not words like "current" or "up-to-date"?

My laptop Lightroom version is: CC 2015.12 (1125239)  My operating system is Mac OS 10 Version 10.12 (6)

My desktop Lightroom version is: Lightroom version: CC 2015.12 [ 1125239 ] License: Creative Cloud  Operating system: Windows 10

    Version: 10.0

I followed Adobe instructions to create an export catalog, naming it Acadia Temp and storing it on my external harddrive.

I then went into my desktop Lightroom catalog to import and see images below - file I clicked to import, and what I saw when I navigated to the temp catalog location. Thanks for any assistance.
