transfert LR6 sur un nouveau poste

bonjour, J'ai acheté une licence de lightroom 3, puis 5, puis la mise à jour 6.. Cette dernière est enregistrée dans mon compte adobe avec numéro de série. Elles étaient installées sur un seul poste, je les ai desinstallées. J'ai installée la 5 sur un nouvel ordinateur avec succès et j'ai voulu installer la 6 à la suite : là impossible à partir sur site adobe ? que dois je faire ? je vous remercie à l'avance, bien cordialement

If you don't have the installer for LR 6, you can download it from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/lightroom-6-end-of-support.html

This download will only be available for a few days, after 31. December it will be gone, and it will no longer be possible to download LR 6.

bonjour, je vous remercie. j'ai donc téléchargé LR et assuré l'installation, indiqué le numéro de série mais il me répond qu'il est valide mais ne détecte pas de produit correspondant. Une liste est proposé mais elle ne comprend pas LR 6, la liste s'arrête à LR5. je vous remercie à l'avance, bien cordialement

Hello, thank you. So I downloaded LR and installed it, gave the serial number but it tells me it's valid but doesn't detect a matching product. A list is proposed but it does not include LR6, the list stops at LR5. Thank you in advance, yours sincerely

Since your license for LR 6 is an upgrade, the installer is looking for a qualifying product, i.e. the version you upgraded from.

If LR 5 is installed, it should be detected automatically, but if it isn't, you should be presented with a screen where you can enter the serial number for LR 5. I have done this before, but it was many years ago, and I don't remember all the details.
