Travando, congelando

Faz 5 dias que baixei o LR, e derrepente ele começou a travar, meu processador , placa de video e memória ram são boas, e estou tendo problemas com o programa, ele trava e nao carrega nenhum comando .

Abri uma imagem e fui cortar, travou no corte e se clico pra mudar de imagem nao carrega.. se alguem souber como me ajudar agradeço

You don't gave us any informations about your envrionment. So it's very difficult to say anything.

 

Which operating system do you use?

Which version of Lightroom do ou use?

Please post the exact version, not only phrases as "latest" or "actual".

 

Is your system up-to-date?

Do you get an error message? If yes, please post the exact message (or an screenshot).

O aplicativo está congelando com frequência.

Meu computador é muito bom. Não sei por que está congelado.

Eu uso a versão atual, atualizada. 

Uso Windows 10.

Ele congela. E quando eu vou clicar em outra ação , ele não aceita o comando

The latest version of Lightroom Classic is 9.1

The latest version of Win 10 is as per the screen capture.
