Trying desperately to cancel my plan

This is SUPER annoying and frustrating. i got connected with customer service a few months back as i tried to cancel my plan. found out it is yearly plan and i can cancel it today. i tried again today multiple times, but it always only show "error occured"!

 

How is this possible? do i have to tear up my credit card, so that they cant charge anymore from there? i understand you guys make a business, but this makes me feel super angry and definately will not ever come back to using Adobes products as it is a life long jail.

 

You propably can see my user name - if there is anybody who can get the message through please do it.

 

Just sick and tired of trying already...

Go to account.adobe.com, sign in, click on Manage Plan, click on Cancel plan
