Unable to create Virtual Copy

Right after a 2/14/2024 Windows update, I noticed that right clicking with the mouse would not display the menu that can be used to select Create Virtual Copy while in the Develop Module.  When going to the upper bar and selecting Photo, the Create Virtual Copy was grayed out.  While typing this post, the mouse right click menu has appeared superimposed - not on LRC but upon this Adobe website page.  Is anyone else experiencing such issues following a Windows update?  It could just be the fault of my aging pc, but I thought I'd double check with the LRC community.  I'll be trying a restart to see if it clears things up.  Thanks.

The problem seems to have resolved itself.  A pc restart did not fix things.  Five hours later, I checked LRC again and found that everything worked ok.  Perhaps the Windows update just had to "unspool" over a longer period of time.  In any case, thanks for the upvotes even if there was no correct answer..

Someone please unmark the correct answer above; it is not a correct answer. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me this week, and I wonder if this is some glitch in the system or even worse, more bot activity?
