unable to export .mov files

Hello,

For some reason I am unable to export my .mov files from LR to my desktop. I get a message, "some export operations were not performed"

These files are from my DJI Phantom 4 pro drone.  I haven't had trouble exporting in the past.

Any ideas?

    Where are you trying  to export the files to?

    Have  you tried to export to different locations - an external drive and your  local drive? Just one file to test.

    Is it only  your DJI files that  you are having trouble with? Have  you recently upgraded your  OS? What platform are you on? It sounds like a Catalina / security permissions issue.

    Yes this is only happening with my DJI movie files. I do not have a problem with my DJI RAW files, or my Nikon NEF files. I have not upgraded to Catalina. I am currentrly on Mojave version 10.14.6

    Have you tried rebooting the computer? The video service that Classic uses sometimes gets hung up after a while and does weird stuff like this. A machine reboot usually fixes that.
